Shell, MGM Energy pull back from fracking environmental assessment

Two major oil and gas companies looking to do business in the Sahtu region of the Northwest Territories have decided against an environmental assessment when it comes to fracking.

MGM Energy and Shell Canada say that it’s too early to invest the time and money into a review of the highly criticized method.
