It was close. Really close. But when the last vote was counted Romeo Saganash learned he was heading back to Ottawa to represent the riding of Abitibi-Baie-James—Nunavik—Eeyou.
Saganash told APTN’s Tom Fennario that it was his work this summer convincing Indigenous voters to get out to the polls that put him over the top.
