Retired Senator says fudged claims nothing new except it's now in the open

Thelma Chalifoux was appointed to the Senate in 1997 and retired in 2004.

She spent years in the institution that has been in the midst of a full blown scandal involving improper expense and living allowance claims that has since dragged in the Prime Minister’s Office.

APTN host Michael Hutchinson recently spoke with the retired Senator from Edmonton.
