Residential day school survivors look forward to their day in court

With the closing of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission earlier this week another milestone took place for thousands of others who were left out of the residential school settlements.

The federal Court of Appeal granted certification to former students who attended day schools that operated like residential schools but the children were allowed to go home at night.
