But it is the fourth such incident along a pipeline into Vancouver in the last few years.

But now, owner operator Kinder Morgan has plans to expand its capacity to pump even more crude from the Alberta tar sands into the lower mainland.

  1. it’s funny how everytime oil is spilled the oil company says it is a minor spill or only a few barrels spilled.

  2. The only thing that BC’s Environment Minister is looking out for is the Financial Environment.  Someone should tell him that ‘going green’ isn’t referring to going after money.  grrrrrrrrr
