Reaction mixed on election of Perry Bellegarde as national chief

On the floor of the assembly in Winnipeg reaction was mixed on the election of Perry Bellegarde as national chief.

Those who didn’t vote for Bellegarde said there can’t be change if the chiefs keep going back to the same people to lead.
