Suspicion follows federal funding for Quebec friendship centres

Aboriginal Affairs Minister Bernard Valcourt is distributing $500,000 to Quebec friendship centres.

But the money isn’t entirely welcomed – with some saying they’re unsatisfied and suspicious about the intentions of the federal government.
