Prime Minister Harper attends ceremonial closing of TRC at Rideau Hall

This week’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission events came to a close Wednesday with special events, including a ceremony at Rideau Hall, home of the governor general.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper was among those in attendance.

Seven years ago, Harper apologized to victims of residential schools.
