Police gather in Iqaluit to tackle crime

Police leaders from across Northern Canada have gathered in Iqaluit this week to discuss ways to lower crime.

It’s the first time police members from Canada, U.S., and Greenland have met face to face.

It is hoped that by finding the root of the problem that crime will be reduced all across the North.

They gathered to develop a method to prevent crime that will work in all areas of the North.
