Indian Act plaintiff says government moving ahead with changes without proper consultation.

The federal government is pushing through with a plan to revamp parts of the Indian Act.

This comes following an order made by the Québec Superior court.

It’s known as the Descheneaux case.

But the plaintiff isn’t happy with how things are turning out.
