Piikani mother walking to Calgary gets a little help on the way

 

As people across the country gathered to remember missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls, a mother in southern Alberta completed her 40 hour healing journey to honour her two daughters.

But Stephanie English didn’t do it alone.

Along the way she got a little help from her friends.
