Outsiders fail to see crisis looming in Shoal Lake 40

The state of emergency continues tonight in Shoal Lake 40 First Nation.
The community’s only link to the mainland is a ferry that’s been declared unseaworthy.
Now there’s a scramble to get supplies in and sick people out.
As Jaydon Flett tells us, what outsiders may see as an inconvenience has put Shoal Lake in a crisis.
