Ottawa’s refusal to fund FN schools at provincial levels “oppressive,” says teacher

The Waterhen Lake First Nation School in Saskatchewan has had some success over the last few years bringing student attendance and grades up to par with the rest of the province.

But the principal believes those successes are not sustainable without adequate and equal funding from the federal government.
