Ottawa failing to respond in face of Attawapiskat crisis: NDP MP

The state of emergency in Attawapiska First Nation isn’t getting the response the community was hoping for.

The chief of the community declared the state of emergency because people were living in tents and, with temperatures plunging, the situation there is getting desperate.
