NWT backroom process for picking premier flawed: Kakfwi

In the Northwest Territories, the race is on for premier.

But unlike the way it’s done in the provinces, picking the premier in the NWT is done by the members of the Legislative Assembly behind closed doors.

It’s a process that has been widely criticized for backroom deals and leaving the public out.
