Nunavut’s Okalik explains why the territory’s liquor policy forced him to step down

Former Premier and Nunavut Minister of both Justice and Health, Paul Okalik resigned his cabinet positions in the territorial legislature Thursday.

Okalik said he couldn’t support a beer and wine store in Iqaluit.

APTN’s Kent Driscoll asked Okalik about the issue.
