Nunavut MP finds evidence of housing crisis

The NDP-MP visited more than 100 homes in the northern territory

Nunavut’s MP has been touring housing in the territory.

And what she has seen so far isn’t pretty.

Mumilaaq Qaqqaq (NDP) said she’s heard stories of mould, lack of maintenance and overcrowding.

She hopes to compile her findings into a report that should be ready in about a month.
