Nunavut government saddled with 20 incomplete annual reports

Nunavut has struggled with capacity since the territory was founded in 1999 – too much to get done and not enough bodies to do it.

That has resulted in a backlog of outstanding reports and almost every department with an incomplete report is unwilling to talk about it.

APTN’s Kent Driscoll tries to find out why the annual reports aren’t coming in.
