APTN National News
The investigation into the death of a toddler in Cape Dorset is complete and the territorial government has been handed a number of recommendations to avoid a similar case.

Makibi Timilak was three months old when he died in January 2012.

His parent, who were worried about him, were told not to go to teh health centre.

As APTN’s Kent Driscoll reports, having the territorial government accept the recommendations is only a first step.
