Nunavummiut celebrate Nunavut day and 25 years since land claim signed

Happy Nunavut Day!

That’s right, today marks 25 years since the signing of the Nunavut Land Claim which paved the way for Nunavut to become a territory.

And it’s a day to celebrate in Nunavut.
