Northern Gateway hits another legal obstacle

Energy giant Enbridge has just been hit with another legal blow in their bid to build the Northern Gateway pipeline from Alberta to the British Columbia coast.

The B.C. Supreme Court has just ruled that they failed in their duty to properly consult with Coastal First Nations.
