New report alleges ‘culture of discrimination and harassment’ at Manitoba Hydro project

A new report details a “culture of discrimination and harassment” at a Manitoba Hydro mega-project.

It comes on the heels of another scathing document outlining allegations of decades of racism and sexual abuse at past hydro projects near northern First Nations.

The report on the Keeyask Generation Project was just completed last year.

Dennis Ward reports.
