New drug-testing machines aim to keep users safe in Vancouver


The war on drugs has a new weapon on Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside where overdoses are at an all-time high.

New drug-testing machines are available for anyone to check if their drugs are contaminated.

The two Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectrometers are stationed at overdose protection sites.
