New book takes a detailed look at ‘Indian Hospitals’

Canada had segregated healthcare for Indigenous people for decades.

They were known as “Indian Hospitals” and were notorious for their abuse, neglect and, in some cases, experiments.

A new investigative book tackles the subject in great detail and the revelations aren’t any more flattering.
