New Aboriginal Affairs minister appointed in Ontario

Following the October provincial election in Ontario, Premier Dalton McGuinty has shuffled his cabinet and appointed a new Minister of Aboriginal Affairs.

Kathleen Wynne is the fifth MPP to hold the position since it was created in 2007, and she sits down with APTN National News reporter Donna Smith to talk about her new portfolio.
