Mounties investigating child welfare workers in BC after teenagers death

The RCMP in British Columbia have launched an investigation into the death of a young First Nations girl who was in the care of social services.

The province’s child and youth advocate said the case was the most horrific instance of negligence she had ever seen.

And that the entire system to help kids needs a complete overhaul.
