Mother, grandmother plea for public’s help finding missing Abbotsford woman

It’s been almost two years since Kristina Ward went missing.

The 20-year-old Abbotsford woman was last seen Sept. 27, 2017 — the same day she last texted her mother, and the same day her bank card was last used.

Now, her mother and grandmother are asking for the public’s help. They want people to watch footage from a security camera that shows Ward walking with a man on the evening she went missing.

“What I am hoping for is that when people see this…they open their mind and their thoughts and think that it could be our family, it could be our child, and start sharing this all over social media,” said Ward’s grandmother, Geraldine Silva.

“Somebody knows something.”
