Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke puts the brakes on Cannabis stores in the community

 

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke will not allow stores to sell cannabis until the community has had a chance to weigh in on the idea.

On Oct. 17, pot became legal to purchase in Canada – but some communities are still considering whether to allow stores top open.

  1. they want to be the sole owners and not the communities, They are acting like dictators so maybe they know Trump. We can grow our economy even by selling to the outside, and as for Medical go for it, Recreational too, if were allowed to sell Booze then why not Cannabis, they state were Zero Tolerance, but around every corner there’s a booze place! Hyprocrites right!
