MMIWG Inquiry finally releases dates for hearings

The Chief Commissioner announced the following schedule for community visits and community hearings.

A proud Métis from BC, Tina began her television career in 1997 as a talent agent for film and TV. She joined APTN National News in 2007 as a Video Journalist in the Vancouver bureau. In 2010, she was the recipient of the Amnesty International Human Rights Journalism Award for her story on murdered and missing women and girls.

  1. Why is there only few MEETINGS? Seems like it is going to be a Shame! So many families being left out, no major Cities! Breaks my heart.

  2. I am trying to understand the reason there is not a community or meeting here in Calgary, Alberta, as I am a mother of Brenda Ann Wolfe , a victim of Robert Picton, at the pig farm can someone please get back to be, thank you.
