Mixed feelings linger 30 years later over Charter

Thirty years ago, Canada signed the Constitution Act bringing the Canadian Constitution home.

The Constitution, and its Charter of Rights and Freedoms, set the tone for Canada’s governance and its relations with Aboriginal peoples.
