Minimum wage in Whitehorse not enough to pay for basic needs: study

It’s not cheap to make a healthy, normal living in Whitehorse.

According to a new study released by an anti-poverty group in the Yukon, an hourly wage that would be considered middle class elsewhere in Canada, will leave a person just scraping by in Whitehorse.
