A Mi’kmaq mother in Nova Scotia is challenging the provincial school board over access to education in Mi’kmaq.

A Mi’kmaq mother in Nova Scotia is challenging the provincial school board over access to education in Mi’kmaq.

She is citing a section of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom which is normally reserved for language minorities in French and English.
