Métis Nation of Alberta appealing court decision on consultation

In June of 2021, the Métis Nation of Alberta took the Alberta government to court for opting out of a consultation policy.

Fast forward to January of 2022, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench dismissed their case.

Now the MNA is appealing that decision.
