Métis heritage will be on national stage at federal leader’s debate


Manitoba’s Métis heritage will be high on the national stage Thursday night in Gatineau, Que., on unceded Algonquin territory, where federal leaders are facing off in an English language debate.

APTN News Host Melissa Ridgen, who is on the panel who will be grilling the leaders on issues important to Indigenous Peoples, will be sporting clothes from a Métis designer.
