Manitoba man biking across country for youth suicide

A young man from Manitoba has started a journey cycling to Halifax from Vancouver.

Rylee Nepinak, 25, is pedalling nearly 6,000 km to raise money for and awareness of youth suicide.

Nepinak said the trip was spurred by the suicide crisis in the northern community of Tataskweyak Cree Nation, located about 800 km north of Winnipeg.

So far, his GoFundMe account has raised $11,000.
