Manitoba government’s new formula results in lower tally

Manitoba has made a change to the way it counts the number of children in the child welfare system.

The new formula means the numbers have dipped below the 10,000 mark.

As APTN’s Dennis Ward reports, the move is being assailed as nothing more than a political play.
