This is exactly what happened to my sister in Brandon, Mb 9 years ago. A man from Ethiopia, a immigrant hit my sister outside a club and dragged her a couple yards to a stop sign and was stopped by a bouncer from the night club. My sister left us 3 beautiful children which my mother is now raising. This man who tried to do the hit and run only got 18 months!!!!!!!!!! He took someone special to me, my big sister, my best friend!
What is this all about…Did he do it or not??
