Mackenzie Valley pipeline dream refuses to die

People from the Mackenzie Valley in the Northwest Territories have been counting on the development of a natural gas pipeline.

But now the project is in doubt and the federal government isn’t interested in giving it any more funding.

But proponents of the pipeline aren’t ready to give up just yet.
