Parents in Kashechewan don’t trust the water.

Young children in Kashechewan First Nation on the shores of Hudson Bay covered in rashes and blisters.

Parents say the skin problems come from the water.

But medical experts say it’s more about over-crowded housing.

APTN’s Annette Francis is in Kashechewan and files this story.

    and if its because of over crowded housing then why wouldn’t the inmates of ottawa jail have these sores… its the water, I believe that 100%

  2. The government loves to say it has nothing to do with all the mining going on around there, they need to be looking into Chromite mining leachate. And how a month before Harper left office they drafted up this nice little article proposing the maximum total level of chromium allowed in drinking water to be doubled…. Mining should not be more important then peoples health… People over profit.
