Infamous Winnipeg mall faces another bump in the road in improving relations

Winnipeg’s downtown mall Portage Place is a popular hangout.

But in the past there’s been cases of harassment by staff towards Indigenous people.

There’s been another such incident.

But this time instead of angry calls for change some believe the mall has done a lot to improve relations.
