Police issued warning for people in Winnipeg’s North End to exercise caution, even if they’re inside their homes.

That’s because random gunfire is once again hitting the neighbourhood.

People are connecting the shootings to another deadly spree in 2010 and as the body count climbs, police still have no suspects.
