The people who work the front lines on Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside are sound the alarm over how the novel corona virus is being managed on the streets.

Some say there’s a potential catastrophe brewing for people with addictions and the ongoing spread of COVID-19.

  1. Now is the time to get a a Military Disaster Response Team into the Downtown East Side and set up a Military Field Hospital . The levels of government must not wait until it is too late .
