The five commissioners leading the national inquiry into missing and murdered Indigenous women are scheduled to begin their work Sept. 1.

So what should people expect?

APTN sat down with Wally Oppal, commissioner of the inquiry looking into how police handled the Pickton case in British Columbia to see what lies ahead.
