Flood fears fuel frustration in Manitoba

The city of Brandon, Manitoba is facing a “flood of the century”. The city has declared a state of emergency, Canadian Forces soldiers have been called in to help out, and many of the Aboriginal people in and around Brandon are wondering what will happen to their homes.
