First Nations occupy B.C. island slated to be used as LNG port

The race is on to help save an island against testing being done by a Malaysian natural gas company.

The company wants to build a port to ship liquid natural gas.

However, First Nations in the area say this isn’t the right location and is too close to salmon spawning grounds.
