First Nation agency takes the stand at human rights tribunal

A human rights case against the federal government is still unfolding in Ottawa.

All week the tribunal has heard testimony from witnesses describing the funding shortfalls for First Nations child welfare.

Recently, Canada’s largest First Nation agency CFS took the stand.
