Fighting to keep the Michif language alive

The Michif language is known as the dialect of the Metis.

It’s combined of the cultures that came together when settlers arrived in Canada.

However, in almost two centuries since that blending, Michif has struggled to stay alive.

APTN’s Brandi Morin takes a look at what’s being done to keep it going.
