Clayton Willey’s family still believes the RCMP is responsible for his death despite a report that affirms a coroner’s ruling that Willey died of heart failure due to cocaine overdose.

The family doesn’t believe the testimony of officers involved in the 2003 violent arrest of the Prince George, B.C., man.

They do believe that a surveillance video depicting his rough treatment has been altered and they plan to prove this in court.

APTN National News reporter Rob Smith has more.
