Expert says schizophrenic Manitoba serial killer won’t get adequate help for disorder in prison

Reports say John Paul Ostamas’s schizophrenia diagnosis wasn’t revealed until just before he was sentenced to life behind bars

A Manitoba serial killer who was diagnosed with schizophrenia is not likely to get the help he needs behind bars.

That’s according to the head of the Schizophrenia Society of Canada.
