In Edmonton, an Aboriginal woman who says racism forced her to quit a dream job with the city’s police service has now received an apology from the chief of police.

In Edmonton, an Aboriginal woman who says racism forced her to quit a dream job with the city’s police service has now received an apology from the chief of police.

And while her story seems headed for a happy ending, others are not so fortunate.

As APTN National News reporter Noemi LoPinto reports, some police services in Canada seem to have problems in treating their Aboriginal employees with respect.
